VST PLUGINS DONT SHOW ON MACOS HIGH SIERRA

Some of my VST plugins like nemesis don't work or show on logic pro x on the new macbook pro 2017 what can i do?

Logic Pro X doesn't use VST plug-ins.

It uses another format called AU, which is short for AudioUnit.

But I presume you have installed both the VST and the AU version of the plug-in.


High Sierra has a new annoyance regarding plug-in install.

You need to either restart or log in and out for Logic to "see" the plug-in in the Library.

Have your tried restarting?

Yes i have, i was using an AU Called Nemesis before i got the new mac and when i tried reinstalling it on the new mac it does not show, when i also tried to torrent some Au plugins while installing them it says it can run on the new os i would need to contact manufacturer to update it and i dont even know what website il be able to use to get orginal au like hypersonic etc
