How can I backup Apple Mail database and upload that database automatically to my google drive. Is there any automatic system available that can backup my apple mail as well as upload that backup directly to my google drive without me looking or uploading it every time?

Unfortunately 'Time Machine' does not offer the ability to backup your data to any cloud service that I am aware as of the date of this post. Your best bet is to purchase a third party application, almost all of the good ones offer the ability to back up your data to a cloud-based service.
However, there is one third party application that I found online and is capable to store your emails database backup on multiple locations. You can have a look at it here (http://www.mailbackupx.com/)

I do not use google drive, but I do use dropbox.com. Dropbox.com works by syncing the dropbox folder on my mac with the dropbox.com server folder. Dropbox.com includes all subfolder in the dropbox folder. What I have done is move the folders I want to include in the syncing to my dropbox folder. In the orginal folder location, you need to place a reference, called a symbolic link, to the new location. You can use SymbolicLinker. SymbolicLinker is a tiny contextual menu plugin that, once installed, allows any user to create symbolic links to files inside the Finder.</p>

I have not tired this with google.drive. Should you use dropbox.com I suggest you only have one machine in the dropbox account. No syncing between machines for this setup.

You would have to muck around with your system setup. I don't think apple documents where it saves your mail.
