My Iphone x stuck on the (Update completed) screen!

I’m trying to setup my new iphone and restoring my backup from iCloud, it goes well until it reaches to the final step where it gets stuck on this screen (shown below) and every time I click “continue” it takes me back to the lock screen..

I have restored the iphone 3 times but still the issue not resolved.

The last version of ios is already installed..
