Network file searching not displaying results

I'm having MAC OS X server with spec of 2.8GHz, 2GB RAM which is connected to a NAS storage( GSpeed Pro eS Pro ) thru min SAAS cable and is shared.When users search files and folders in this shared drive from their IMAC/Macbook's not displaying any results. File search was working well in the past. Appreciate any guidance or help for this.

Network Devices Not Showing up in Finder After years of working fine, this problem has suddenly cropped up. My Mac server shows up in the side bar of finder. If I click on it, finder does not show the devices and displays "Not Connected" If I got to the menu and do GO>COnnect to Server Finder lists the shared disks on the server. If I click BROWSE on that dialog, nothing shows up. If I do GO>Connect to Server and select the disk, I get a finder TAB that is conected to the disk. However, finder still shows "Not Connected" if I select the server. There is a button "CONNECT AS" but, if i click it, nothing happens. If I close that TAB, I cannot get back to the shared drive. I have to explicitly DISCONNECT from the server and reconnect as before.

MacBookPro Retina 2014 connects to internet, but not home network MacBookPro Retina 2014 connects to internet, but not home network. I can surf the web, but I can't connect to other computers on my home network, using Wi-Fi or ethernet via a Thunderbolt Bridge connected to the MBP. There is no Network displayed on Finder windows on the MBP. I can see the MBP on my MacPro. I can mount the MBP drive on my MacPro desktop, but some of the folders that I can open show no contents, even though I know there are GBs worth of content in them. Notice the twirlies in this screen cap that show several GB, but no contents: Permissions for this User folder are set to Read & Write. I'm sure my Sharing and Network settings are correct on all devices. It was working before. Now it isn't. I reinstalled Catalina 10.15.7 on the MBP, and that made no difference. Also, if I try to mount an external drive connected to the MBP, I get this error message:
