Change App Store language, NOT THE REGION

Hi there!

I know that it is somehow possible since I did it a while ago, but now I can't find any info about how to do that.

So I live in Sweden and have my apple id registered in Swedish region (Swedish credit card, address and stuff like that). However I do want to have a language set in the app store and everywhere else (apple id) to be set to english. When I had my previous laptop, it was like that: Swedish account in mac app store but store has been in english. I have the same setup in my iOS app store: again, region is Sweden but everything is in english.

I've recently got another laptop with latest macOs. I want to have the same setup there with the app store: use my swedish apple id, but have the store language as english, but all the links in the internet are only about changing the region. Which I obviously don't want to change.

So could someone tell me how I solved it before?:) Or how can I solve it now?
