How to reinstall built-in Camera app on iPhone 5s
My camera app that was built-in to the phone disappeared and I can’t find a way on my own to reinstall it. Help?!

That isn't one of the apps that you should be able to delete. See: Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS 10 device or Apple Watch - Apple Support
Have you tried using search (drag down starting at middle of home screen) to see if that will find it?
