Apple watch silent mode for incoming calls
When I put my apple watch in silent mode, my iPhone still rings when I get an incoming call. Annoying.
I'm using the latest versions of iOS and Watch OS.
What do you think?

Turning Silent Mode on or off is not - and cannot be - mirrored across your Apple Watch and iPhone. Silent Mode is instead enabled and disabled separately on each of Apple Watch and iPhone.
For iPhone, the mode is turned on and off via the Ring/Silent switch - select your iPhone here to locate this:
For Apple Watch, the mode can be toggled on and off via Control Centre:

The same section of the Apple Watch User Guide also explains how to use Do Not Disturb mode, which you may wish to consider using.
In addition to being able to turn Do Not Disturb mode on and off via a button within Control Centre, your Apple Watch and iPhone can be configured such that enabling the mode on one device also enables it on the other.
This mirroring setting also applies to scheduled operation of Do Not Disturb mode on your iPhone, which you may wish to enable (such as to cover the hours when you are usually sleeping):
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Do Not Disturb - turn on / off Mirror iPhone.
- On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Do Not Disturb - turn on Scheduled to set your preferred times.
