What WiFi calling means is that, if you're connected to WiFi and you don't have a good cellular signal, your phone will use WiFi to send the call. It's a feature that your carrier offers. It doesn't generally require that you do anything. When it's active, the carrier indicator changes.
If you want to turn it off, go to Settings>Cellular>WiFi Calling>Off. I don't know why you would want to turn it off, though.
