I message ??

Dear all good day

I have a problem with my telecom company STC in Saudi Arabia they charged me to much on sms to UK that I didn’t sent it and when I asked them they said its from your I phone its sent automatically when you use I message or some applications and they don’t want to return my money back

Those SMS are sent to the iMessage activation server in the UK. If your carrier is charging you for these, then you are not using an Apple supported carrier. You would need to turn off iMessage and FaceTime. As long as those are turned on, then it will continue to attempt to activate. Any charges you are incurring, you would need to deal with the carrier yourself. Apple would not get involved in that.
