Apple Watch Not Syncing

I just updated my Apple Watch (series 1) on Tuesday night to the newest update and now it is no longer syncing with my iPhone 5S. I have power cycled several times, toggled the Bluetooth on both devices and nothing is working. It shows a connection on my Watch, and it shows it's connected in my Settings>>Bluetooth on my phone. Is anyone else having this problem? I would prefer not to reset the whole thing because I don't want to lose all the data.

Follow the instructions here, if necessary including unpairing and re-pairing your Apple Watch - including if your devices indicate that they are connected, but do not behave accordingly:
