I would like to turn off the shuffle when playing a classical album on my iPhone, so the songs play sequentially. Have tried everything, including turning my phone off and on again. Nothing seems to work!

While a song is playing, and with the full "now playing" screen in view (i.e. large artwork) gently slide the artwork up to reveal the Shuffle icon, tap that to turn Shuffle OFF (red icon background is ON, gray background is OFF).
