Error 413 on iPhone 8

Can anybody help please?

I have an iPhone 8 and it was working fine yesterday. The software is up to date and everything was fine.

I put it on charge last night and when I looked at it later today it suddenly had connect to iTunes. Now before I did, I updated my iTunes to the latest and connected it. It opened iTunes and came up with this phone needs to be updated and restored and it came up with the correct serial number of the phone. It then downloaded the software and then the serial number went blank and after it had finished, it came up with an error and there is absolutely nothing I can do.

It keeps on coming up with error 413. It was also suggested that I hold down the volume up key and then the volume down key and then the key on the side until the apple logo comes up, but this does nothing.

At a loss as to know what to do know - have a useless brick at the moment, but luckily I have an old phone that I can use as a spare.

I can't even reboot it and am at a loss as to what to do. Please help.

Thanks
