"Cannot Use Accessory" Only one accessory can be used at a time

This is what pops up on my phone when trying to play music through the USB cable instead of via bluetooth. However bluetooth is connected in order for my telephone calls to come through. Never seemed to be a problem before I updated to iOS 11.2.5 today. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

Hey Siri, cancels Siri within seconds while still asking something. I've tried resetting and removing all bluetooth connections which has made no difference. No physical contact with the phone, but the phone acts like you're stopping playback or ending a call etc - only while connected to bluetooth devices.

Bluetooth The Bluetooth feature on my iPhone never works whenever I try to connect my phone by Bluetooth to anything. For example right now I’m trying to connect my phone to a Bluetooth speaker and nothing is happening.
