Apple Mobile Device Support Won't Install

I have tried to update iTunes on my Windows 10 laptop, but there was a problem with the update. I tried to restart it and it said the same message. I deleted everything dealing with Apple from my computer and reinstalled iTunes. The same thing happened. I looked online about the problem and I did everything. I ran as an admin, manually installed everything, plugged in my iPhone and tried to install it from the device manager, but it still would not install. I need to to back up my iPhone. Can someone help me with this? Is it not supported on Windows 10?
