I bought my iphone 6 IMEI: *** on best buy with my father´s card but the iphone is block, I need your support to help me unblock this
I bought this on October 2017, The reason I did not use from October to know is because, I was still using my last iphone. please help me with this issue.

If the iPhone is carrier's locked, only the carrier can unlock it (if eligible). Contact the carrier and/or Best Buy.
If the iPhone has an activation lock, only the previous owner can unlock it, using his credentials (Apple ID and password).

If it is Activation Locked return it to Best Buy and get your money back.
