syncing music from PowerPC G4 to Apple or Windows device

Hi. I have an original PowerPC G4 all-in-one (MAC OS X, version 10.5.8 - further updates not available) and have tried everything to sync/transfer my iTunes music to either another apple device or a Windows computer. Logging into my iTunes account on a different device and turning on the computer share hasn't worked (advice I keep getting). I don't want to buy all my music all over again - PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

Connect an external drive or start file sharing, drag the entire iTunes folder to the desired location, launch iTunes with the Option(Mac) or Shift(Windows) key held down, and choose that library.
