I had downloaded an fitness app and used the free trial. I didn’t like it so I deleted the app. I didn’t know but I was charged even thought I deleted the app the same day. I keep trying to download something on my phone but apple is trying to charge me again for the arm app. But I don’t have any money in my account anyway so it won’t let me continue. What do I do

Remember that when you sign up for a free trial, you are signing up for a subscription that starts when the trial ends. You must cancel the subscription before the trial ends if you don't want to get charged.

Deleting tha app does absolutely nothing to stop any charges.
If you bought mil at the grocery storm then threw it in the garbage, that does not reverse the charge for the milk.
If it is a subscription then stop the subscription:

Otherwise:
Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or ...
Apple keeps trying to charge me again
