RENTAL QUESTION

Does anyone know how to address a rental question? I’m getting this response when attempting to watch a rental that still has 24 hours on it:

TO PLAY “NAME OF MOVIE” STOP WATCHING IT ON YOUR OTHER DEVICE.

I don’t have another device open! Help!

AppleTV 2, iOS 11.2.5
