Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that when your iPhone is unlocked you are not able to snooze any alarms. When your iPhone is unlocked and you receive a banner notification at the top of your iPhone when an alarm goes off, pull down on the banner notification which will provide you with the options to snooze or stop.
