Smart Playlist for specific file location?

I'm trying to find a way to create a Smart Playlist that will find all of the files located in my iTunes folder. The rest of my media is on a separate drive, and most of the files appear as "MPEG media".

I noticed that there's a bunch of items that I purchased that aren't appearing in my Purchased folder, but they are in the artist / album / song views, and they are in my iTunes media folder. I just need a way for iTunes to scan that folder, so I can re-add them to my Purchases playlist.
