Can’t access System Preferences

Hi, I am running Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.3 version and I have done something stupid. I removed Admin password and now can’t access to my Sistem Preferences. Please help

See if you can, "reset" your admin password following the instructions in this support article > Change or reset the password of a macOS user account - Apple Support

Thank you. I already try this but problem was that in Old password field typed old password instead empty. Thanks again, I resolved the issue now
