Noise cancelling app

Is there a noise cancelling app, similar to noise cancelling headphones? There are many white/pink/brown noise generating and cute soothing music/noise generating apps on the market. I do not need noise generation, I need noise cancelling. Either the Apple Watch or the iPhone detects ambient local noise (ie snoring ) using it’s respective microphone. Then the noise cancelling app converts that noise to a noise cancellation signal. This noise cancelling signal can then be transmitted via Bluetooth to headphones or speakers. Hence providing noise cancellation to these speakers for the original local noise. Similar to noise cancelling headphones used on planes etc. However I need this as an app. Any feedback on this matter would be appreciated.

If I understand Motsame's question right, the app would listen to the surrounding noise through the microphone, calculate the necessary inverse sound waves to cancel that noise, and then play those inverse waves through the speaker or headphones, potentially simultaneously with the intended sound (e.g., music). The result being cancellation of the noise similar to active-noise-reduction headphones. There is a problem in that active noise cancellation typically must be done in a very limited space to make it both useful and affordable, but maybe could work with ear buds? I can't recall seeing an app like this.
