HBO NOW for Ipad parental controls not working

I have an Ipad that I just updated. HBO Now continues to show movies with a small lock on them. I cannot open them and restrictions are off, and settings are at the highest within the HBO Now app. Not a problem on all my other HBO Now apps; apple TV, nor xbox one. What is going on?

iPad Restriction Settings for HBO Max App Not Working Properly! I have 2 iPads, both running iOS 13.5.1, both with identical restriction settings for my 2 minor kids who are both the exact same age. Both iPads are set to allow viewing of PG-13 content. I just downloaded the HBO Max App on both iPads and one will allow PG-13 movies to play and the other one won't. I even tried upping the restriction in the iOS settings to allow Rated R content and the HBO Max app still won't play PG-13 movies. Passcode restrictions work for some apps but not for others on Apple TV Hi - I have successfully set up a passcode to restrict access to movies, TV shows, and Apps. This works fine for some apps (Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ etc) but it doesn't work for other apps. I can still access iTunes movies, Apple TV+, Music without using a passcode. Did I do something wrong? Thank you for helping.

How to watch ted losso I have bought a subscription to Apple TV and I’m trying to watch Ted Lasso. When I press play it says I need to change my restrictions in settings….. I tried ever and it still won’t play, it also won’t play the dads documentary for the same reason. What is it that I need to change in restrictions…. ?

What did HBO support say? Maybe they haven't updated the HBO Now app for iOS 11.2.5 correctly or at all.
