I was referring to all of your command lines as I read them. Even sudo may not allow you access if the folders are also protected by the SIP. I don't know what you trying to accomplish or why, and your topic contains Terminal commands with no explanations.


You might try repeating your command line and omit the last "/" to make a new folder named "include" and see if that works.
