After I’ve had to dispute a transaction i didn’t recognize at the time, through PayPal, my payment method was disabled. ** I only have one bank account So how can I reuse my payment method/ link the debit card to my iPhone again?
What were you using as your payment method, PayPal or the debit card ? If you were using PayPal have you tried just adding the card instead ? Or contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will unblock it as a payment method : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
It's not equivalent, all iTunes sees is PayPal, it doesn't know about what card is linked to it
PayPal, (which is Equivalent to using my debit card, Because my debit card is linked to my PayPal)
