How to reset to open goal for cardio workout

How do you reset the exercise goal to # calories to open goal?

Hi


Follow these steps:


  • Open the Workout app.
  • When viewing the list of workout types, where your workout type is listed (including previously completed "Other" workouts with their saved naming labels), before tapping on it to select that activity type, first tap on the icon with three dots in a circle that is shown next to the name of that activity type:

Change your goal type for that activity to Open / no goal.
