Insert horizontal page in vertical document

I'm working on a vertical document but I need to insert some horizontal pages. Is it possible?

How do you create a side footer in Pages? How do you create a side footer in Pages as you can do in Word? Basically, the ability to make a side footer go down the right side of the page. Thank you for all your help.

Have page spacing not affect the page below Is it possible to have each page of a document not affect the one below? So if I have text that extends past the bottom margin of page one it will not push the text of page two down. Kind of like how a Keynote document works. One page does not affect the other

No, but you could rotate the content on that page.
