I keep getting dodgy emails

I keep getting real looking apple emails and it says my storage payment didn't take and will downgrade my storage to 5gb

I don't have an iPhone anymore but using the strorage for my photos and obviously can't access it on my new android but want to keep the data -- I can't find a way to see in my account using my phone if it's actually real as no other notification of it or how I can upgrade or even update the payments as it says I can't sign in on this device not compatible with iCloud.

I get numerous emails saying someone's logged into my account and don't even know if that's real

How do I know? I can tell some emails as the email address is weird but last one says icloud@email.apple.com other ones have been real looking also

If you are not being addressed by your real first name, as you provided to Apple, it's likely fake.
