My iPad turn off then on again with Apple logo and then when i want to start it again I tried to press everything then turn to red screen ,,, it doesn’t work anymore I need my photos and things personal inside I can’t make it work please help

Take the iPad to an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess it and advise you how to proceed.

That is exactly why creating backups is so important. Your backups will have what you need.
You do have a backup, right? You will almost certainly need one to retrieve your data in this case.
