I've created an Apple ID. With this ID, I log into the App Store. I select an app to download (Xcode) and am prompted for the email and password. I enter both and the App Store then prompts me with the following:
"This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store. Please review your account information."
Selecting the "Review" option leads to a white page. This has happened on multiple attempts, and after a restart of the operating system.
Before you use an Apple ID in a new iTunes/Mac App Store account you need to create the account, provide your user details and a payment method. It is actually easier to do this when you aren't trying to buy an app. Open the Mac App Store and click the Account Quick Link on the right side of the store window. Follow the onscreen instructions for setting up a new account.
