Computer shuts down after going to sleep

My Mac Mini will not sleep for more than a few hours. After that (such as overnight), it shuts down.

Specs: Mac Mini, late 2014, OS High Sierra (10.13.3). (However, it had the same problem before I upgraded to High Sierra.) As mentioned in my preceding post, at first it wouldn't go to sleep at all. Now it will go to sleep—but after a few hours in "sleep" mode, it shuts down.

Go to: Apple > System Preferences > Energy Saver > click the Schedule button and check to see if there is a Shut Down time scheduled there.

If not,

1. Reset the SMC, as per > How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support

2. Unchecking Power Nap in the Energy Saver and disable the ScreenSaver if your using one before Auto Sleep.

3. Make sure that your Mac is plugged into a good power source, that is not some how switching off after sleep.
