Cannot get mail message from Comcast server not responding, how do I rectify this

I keep getting mail message from Comcast server saying it’s not responding. How do I fix this

iPad Pro Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.6

restart or force restart your ipad.


remove and re-add the mail account.


contact Comcast and see if they're having any service issue.
