How do I make a reservation at Genius Bar?

Start here, http://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar, select the store you wish, then follow the steps. To ensure that you get to make a reservation, you will need to do something that ensures that you see a Genius, such as hardware problem. Otherwise, you get taken through a myriad of other questions to try and solve the problem without going to see a Genius. What you say there doesn't matter, just what you say when you get to the appointment.
