Examples of some differences may be that parts of the Middle East and Pakistan do have facilities like the Facebook program withdrawn.

You may have to change the router or its settings. Apple products work on all voltages between 100 and 250.

But I suspect you are thinking of buying a mac in the USA where it may be cheaper, and using it elsewhere. While the warranty is internatonal, I would advise you buy from the country where you are resident. There may be slight differences in some components that would mean a delay if replacement was necessary.

This is one of the reasons why Apple do not ship across international borders.

I have no idea. If I needed to know I would check the hardware details for each machine by going through the specifications for each. You can do that yourself.
