Why do I have to sign into iTunes (Windows) three consecutive times every time I open iTunes?

Each time I open Itunes, I have to sign in to "the store" three times in order to get to my music. If I try to avoid this by just closing box that asks, it will just keep annoying me for a random amount of time until I sign in or it decides to go away. This started happening randomly and never stopped.

iTunes always asks for log in, even if I already did it. If I want to play a song in iTunes(on PC), the pop-up message always says "The song "..." cannot be played because you are not signed in to Apple Music - You must be signed in to Apple Music in order to play Apple Music songs.". This happens even if I log out, and log in again into my account, still can't play any songs. I have already tried to fully shut down iTunes in the task manager, and then restart my computer, but I'm still having this issue. Any solution for this? Do I have to delete my iTunes app and reinstall it, or what? It starts to get very annoying.

I am unable to sign into Apple Music I keep seeing "Before you can sign in on the web, first sign in to the Apple Music app on your iPhone or iPad. On a computer, sign in to Apple Music or iTunes" Im already signed in and what not but it keeps giving me this [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Try signing out of your Apple ID completely, then sign in again.
