ipad wifi in Scandic hotels

For many years I had no problem connecting my ipad via Scandic hotels wi-fi. Since a couple of months ago the Scandic login page has not any more appeared on my ipad althouh it finds the network on the setup page. I have not had any problems with any other hotel chain. I now use my One plus 3 mobile phone as a portable wi-fi hotspot and my ipad connection i even faster than through the ordinary way.
