iPhone 8 updated to iOS 11.2.6 started crashing.

I’ve updated my iPhone 8 to iOS 11.2.6 two days ago, and ever since my phone has been displaying some issues:

- it freezes and restarts at random, even when I’m performing just one task on it (such as turning wi-fi on or off in Settings, or texting), it sertainly freezes when multitasking between several apps.

- home button doesn’t click anymore, it still responds most of the time though.

- the sounds seem to be gone from my phone. There is no lock sound, the alarm plays no sound even though it shows up on the screen, voice messages don’t play on either of speakers, reminders and notifications don’t play the sound and don’t show up on the screen (or will show up with a big delay).

These are just a couple I’ve discovered so far. Please note that I had no issues with this phone prior to update, phone has been purchased end of October 2017, I keep it in a very good condition (it hasn’t been dropped or exposed to liquids) and I still have over 200 GB free storage on it.

Hoping for your advise on how to fix this problem.

Hi

Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now over your wifi.

Then go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.

Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will get rid of any bugs.

Later go to books download ios 11 user guide &iPhone 8 guide both are free.

Cheers
