I was trying to connect to my Apple Watch to my new phone and the red signal popped up. What am i supposed to do now?

What can i do to get rid of the red signal on my Apple Watch?

Hi


Power reserve mode


If the time and a lightning bolt are displayed and your Apple Watch cannot be used for any other functions, then it has entered into Power Reserve mode, which happens automatically when the battery reaches a low charge level or when it is enabled manually.


You may need to charge your Apple Watch before it can be restarted.


To turn off Power Reserve mode, restart your Apple Watch: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

Red exclamation mark / !


If a red exclamation mark is shown on your Apple Watch, then I'm afraid that you cannot fix the issue yourself.


You will need to contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for your Apple Watch to be serviced:
