Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When I use the Speak Screen function, in the Kindle and iBook app, it skips to the last couple of paragraph at the bottom of the page, advances to the next page and does the same thing. Is anyone else having this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
Recently, I have updated IOS version. Maybe the problem is the IOS version because it didn't never happen before.

It’s not update related. I started having this problem tonight and decided it was because my iPhone wasn’t updated. So I’m here after having updated my phone in frustration that it’s still happening. I’ve deleted then re-downloaded the kindle app but to no avail.

amazon did did an update to the kindle app March 12 and the problem is now fixed. Thank you amazon and Apple.
I’m not showing that I have an update waiting. Is there a way to get to it?
I deleted the Kindle app from my iPad and then went to the App Store and downloaded the Kindle app. And Speak Screen worked properly again!
Done! Yay! Works once again. 😊
