Possible microphone issue?

I have an iPhone 6 and it's fully updated. Last night as I was in a call with someone and they told me that I'm silent from my end. I found it strange because earlier that afternoon it was fine and working and people could hear me just fine, but once I start a call and start talking they tell me I'm silent. So i disconnected my headphones and and just like that. The person on the other end could hear me crystal clear. I don't know if this a problem with my headphones or the Headphone jack. I tried rebooting my iPhone, Turning off noise cancellation, and even restarting my settings, but still nothing.

I tried to talk to siri with my headphones on and the little line didn't make any movement. Once i took off my headphones though. Siri started to work again.

Any solutions or fixes?
