How to change email when locked out

I have my ID & PW & birthdate but it keeps sending emails to an old, disconnected email.

Now it's Disabled... will only send to an old email address that is disconnected.

HELP please

To change an email address on an account you need to be able to log into the account on http://appleid.apple.com


If you've disabled the the account and can't do that contact Support and see if they can/will re-enable the account : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
