How do I I factory reset an iPhone 5 without knowing the iCloud password?
Husband needs to use an old phone of mine
It says incorrect password for My Icloud account but it must be an old one as the on!e I'm usingis fine... it’s the same email address....
I also don't want to destroy My Icloud account as I need it for my phone/ mac/ ipad etc etc
