No WiFi Connection

I have tried (multiple times) all of the recommendations at Apple Support and still unable to connect. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? I'm unable to connect to any WiFi connection.

You didn't describe the troubleshooting steps you've taken, so I suggest that you read carefully this support guide:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

Try all the steps provided, and test your device on different wifi networks.


If the issue still persists, It could be a hardware failure. Contact your nearest Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your iP6 checked.
