I can not configure facebook on new mac pro in order to post pictures. I can access my account but not pictures. When I try to configure with correct name and password it is not recognized

can not configure facebook on new Mac Pro. Will not recognize correct facebook name and password. I can access facebook on my computer but it will not allow me to post pictures from my library.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
