Setting up Custom voicemail using different voice

I am looking for a way to set up a custom voicemail BUT. I want to use a different voice than my own. I currently have lost my voice and when i record custom voicemail i sound horrible. Does anyone know of a way to do this? for example like Dragon Dictation. i would type my greeting and my iphone could convert it to a "voice"

Voicemail does now show Greeting option I am trying to set up my own voicemail recording but when I tap on voicemail the only option I have is to 'Call voicemail' there is no Greeting option (or anything else) in the top left corner. Can someone please let me know what is wrong? Thanks

No automated voicemail I have a custom voicemail message on my iPhone 6s, and I want to be able to take off the automated part at the end that goes "at the tone please record your message. When you have finished recording, you can hang up, or press 1 for more options. (tone plays)". I want the voicemail to be my custom message and then just the recording tone. Someone I know was able to do this. How can I do that?
