My playlist starts playing when I plug into my car play

Can somebody help me shut off my playlist in iTunes from playing automatically. It happens all the time and always when I plug into my car usb. Help. It’s driving me crazy

Deleted iTunes playlist keeps reappearing–how to delete it? Currently, I have an iTunes playlist that continues to reappear in iTunes no matter what I do. If I delete it through iTunes, it'll reappear whenever I open the application. As well, if I edit any details about it (such as the description, name, or its rules, as it's a smart playlist) those changes in settings will not save by the time I reopen iTunes. Every time I close and open up iTunes, the playlist exists even if it was deleted, and stays with the same name, description, icon, rules, etc. it always has (for reference–the playlist is named "top rated" in lowercase and is currently set to include all songs in my library with 4 or more stars). It's worth mentioning as well that deleting the playlist from my iPod Touch also doesn't solve the issue. If I delete it from there and iTunes, it'll stay deleted from both... of course, until I reopen iTunes, where the playlist will then reappear on the iTunes app and then be re-synced onto my iPod. Is there a way to keep this playlist deleted, or at least allow me to edit it with those edits remaining? Is there some setting or file I can edit myself to fix the issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Issue with playing selected music Since I began using iTunes years and years ago music playback has always worked the same - whenever I’m listening to a playlist, regardless of HOW I’m listening (Bluetooth car stereo, speaker or even just using the phone’s speaker), and I have stopped the music, it “holds its place” so that when I start it up again it begins right where it left off and goes from there. Until recently that is. Now when I start up the music again not only does it not start where it left off, it doesn’t even stay within the playlist. It just starts playing some random song from my library AND it also somehow sets itself to play all the library music randomly. So I have to go in, turn off the random and find where I was previously in my playlist and start from there again. *every* *time* it’s so annoying. How do I set it to just keep playing from my playlist in order like it used to do for a decade or more? (Also, FYI, all my iTunes tasks are done from my phone which has not been synced with a computer at any time). Thank you for any advice you can offer!! It’s making me nuts!!

When I un-check the boxes on my playlist songs I don't want to play they still play in playback I have found that the following problem only started after and since iTunes v12.3 was installed.When I un-check the boxes on my playlist songs that I don't want to play they still play in playback and are not skipped.I have installed each update as they have become available in the hope that this has been fixed but after the latest update to v12.4.7.80 64-bit the problem still remains.I have also reported this issue several times using the 'provide iTunes feedback' link in the help menu but nothing comes of it.I have also searched the community for any answers/suggestions concerning this problem but have not found this specific issue mentioned although I did find a post concerning the tick boxes in the sync with devices option but this is not where my problem exists.I would be grateful for any help/suggestions that anyone can offer.Thank you.dgladd (newbie) iTunes v12.4.7.80Desktop PCOperating SystemWindows 10 Home 64-bit CPU AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ 40 °CBrisbane 65nm TechnologyRAM 4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 385MHz (5-5-5-18)
