When adding an attachment (of any size) to a calendar event on my iMac, I get an error message when I try to go back and view the attachment on any of my devices (iMac, iPhone). I sync via iCloud. I am still able to view attachments in older events where I added them.
However, when I add an attachment to a calendar that syncs with Google, I don't have this problem.

After trial and error, I just realized the problem with attachments seems to only occur when the attachment name contains a forward-slash ( / ).
Looking at earlier attachments that didn't have this problem, whenever an attachment name had a forward-slash ( / ), Calendar or iCloud seemed to change it to a colon ( : ) so there wouldn't be a problem syncing. That change doesn't seem to happen anymore.
For the record, the error message just says ERROR (see Dropbox - Error.png )
