I bought a used iphone5 and registered a new apple Id and rested the phone after it turned on i can no longer log in with my apple Id on the phone but i am able to do so on the desktop.The phone is locked to my id but i cant log in. Bellow are the phone details. Please help me

If the phone is on the activation lock screen only the account that it's locked to can re-activate it. Does the phone show in the Find iPhone section of the account that you trying in http://www.icloud.com ?
If you've locked your account try : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
Do you have access to another network where you can try to log in? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Try a forced restart.
Why can't you activate the phone, does the phone show in the Find iPhone section of that account on http://www.icloud.com ? If not, it's not locked to that account
What happens when you try to log in? Error message(s)?
It tells me I can't log into this phone with this ID but when I login on the desktop I can see my phone at the device colon

I havent tried logging in on another device coz I'm afraid it might also get locked. Iv tried hard reset and updating the is but I'm still stacked at the activation stage.
Sorry I misspelt its column. I mean when I login on the desktop i see my phone there linked to my account
Are you getting an error message(s)?
It says 'you can not log into this phone with this I'd ' and when I try serveral times my I'd is blocked
