Problems with subscription on app

Hello!

I have some problems with one app on my iPhone 6s. It is Elevate app. I wanted to try it for free, but mistakenly agreed with subscription for 1 year which is costs 39.99.

This app tried to withdraw money from my credit card, but there were not enough of it. I choose in menu “cancel subscription “ but it doesn’t work because every time when I try to download some free app in apple store the program try to withdraw money. And it doesn’t let me download any app now. How can I fix it? The Elevate app is deleted , subscribtion is canceled as I understand

Clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
