HomeKit invite spinning wheel
I invited another account to control my home. When accepted, I have the spinning wheel since then. It has been three weeks.
Called AppleCare, ended up with a senior advisor who said she’ll get back to me after she gets an engineer; and never heard from her again.
Please help.

iPhone X, iOS 11.2.6
